Healthy Food

Newsflash:

The first GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) support group in the deep South is to start in Invercargill this week. Please email me if you would like to know more.
Having been to Brisbane in early April this year to complete Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride’s GAPS practitioner training, I am proud to say I am now a certified GAPS practitioner.

It is very exciting to hear first hand from Dr Natasha about so many serious “incurable” diseases cured by the GAPS protocol.

I have already seen my own clients “cured” of Type 2 diabetes, Crohn’s disease, high blood pressure, headaches, PMS and depression. There’s much more to come.

Dr Natasha has had thousands of clients through her Cambridge, England, clinic and has cured many children with autism, young adults with schizophrenia and others with very serious gut dysbiosis.

Hippocrates said in around 400BC “All disease begins in the gut”. I believe he is still right.

Some of the things we do in Southland

______________________________________
We help people to find real health and happiness in other ways too.

Real, healthy food for easy and permanent weight loss is the only way to go.

Information about nutrition is very confusing. Everyone wants to be healthy and happy. They just want to know how.
Many people think losing weight will help them to be healthy and happy, but in fact most really just want to feel better, so let’s make that the goal instead! Focusing on weight never works in the long term.

“Change For Good”

This IS really different.
“Change For Good” is designed to take you through 13 weeks of positive change. It starts with a three week intensive programme where you eat only real, whole healthy foods. And some of these changes will surprise you! Not all foods touted as healthy foods actually are. Some are very hard to digest and others just put you on a permanent hunger cycle. Once you understand what foods you need to eat to allow your body to function efficiently, weight will resolve itself without effort.

Eating the right foods allows you to digest food properly, banish bloating and indigestion, regain lost energy, sleep really well, improve your immune system and simply feel much happier in yourself.

It teaches you the reasons behind most of our modern disease epidemics, including overweight, diabetes, gut disorders, heart disease and Alzheimers disease.

To change the way you feel, you need to change some of the things you do today, because doing the same things today will give you the same tomorrows. Once you have experienced the difference, you will know how good you can feel.

Once you are ready to “Change For Good” you will feel the difference.

The Things People Say

It was a great program, although hard at first. But even if you are unable to stick to it fully, it is a good way to start looking at how you eat on a daily basis. The change of eating habits makes you feel refreshed and energised. I now enjoy getting up in the morning, knowing I can get through the day easily. Sarah, Invercargill

Can’t believe that this is actually working. Have tried many ways to lose weight and feel better. The whole feeling of wellbeing is amazing. Jan, Invercargill

My whole family are learning how to eat correctly and enjoy food. Mandy, Otautau
